Once you’re ready to move forward, we take everything we’ve done together, itemize it, review it, agree on it, and plan for next steps.

As we near completion of your New Home, you’ll meet with your personal construction manager and walkthrough making sure everything is as it should be.

Now that your new home is ready, we only have one thing left to do – hand you the keys!
