Do I have to own my land before starting this process?

Simple answer is: No, you don’t. If you have identified a piece of land for your new home, our experienced team can provide all the information you need to help with your search and then roll this into your construction loan. The loan will pay off your land at the initial closing and then we can begin the construction process.

Does Holloway Family Homes offer a land and home package?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, we have forged strong and reliable real estate agent relationships to help you locate the perfect location for your new home; we then pay them for their assistance without passing that on to you.

Can I make changes to a Holloway Family Homes floor plan?

Absolutely, you can. First, we help you select a plan to meet your specific needs along with an exterior look that inspires you. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your home with structural changes to perfect your home, along with all the fit and finishes from our design studios to make it uniquely yours. To top it off, this is all accomplished in one convenient location.

Will you build from my house plan?

If you’ve already found a house plan you love, we’d love to meet and review it. This step will often lead our customers to one of our house plans as a starting point and more cost-effective solution.

How much does it cost to start the process?

Once you’re ready to get started, a minimal $2,000.00 deposit is all it typically takes to begin the journey of Building Your New Home.

Do I have to get my own Financing or does Holloway Family Homes offer Financing?

We are happy to work with whomever you feel most comfortable with as long as they do construction loans. However, our parent company also has a lending division to help make this process as simple and seamless as possible for you.

How do I know if I can afford to build a home?

We are happy to help with a preapproval process through our lending division – it is a simple, quick, and confidential process designed to assist you in search for a new home. We offer this service with no strings attached and no commitment required. Understanding what you can and want to invest in your new home is an important early step in your decision-making process.

Where do you build?
